Digital Manipulations.

I created this first one from a base image of a soldier crouching and bring his gun to his side. I was just really starting to get into Andrew Jones' work, and I was fairly certain I knew how he created his images. So i started yanking small images off of the internet, and within no time this image started to appear. This probably took 4 hours or so.

The word "recondite" can be made out in this image, if you look hard enough. That word kind of started this whole thing. It's defined as difficult or hard to understand; chaotic or abstruse. That's exactly what I ended up with. :D

I did this after watching Andrew Jones' Boss Monster Series, it really got me going. Even if you're not an artist, I would recommend watching both series. They're kind of hard to come by though.

This was created in painter-x. It took roughly 10 hours, and is comprised entirely of smaller images taken from google searches.

Alright, first post!

This was drawn with a reference, just a random girl that I saw on facebook. I was in the mood to draw, and decided I do something with reference and style in my way. I really like how the rendering turned out.

The only problems I have with it are that I may have made her head too tall and skinny, and her jaw is a bit weird on the left side. Oh well, I'm happy with it.
